ATL Stay & Play was created by an Atlanta native and a 15-year Atlanta resident who share more than 20 years of experience in real estate, property management, and project management. As a couple in the industry, we understand what it takes to create a great property—and an even better guest experience.
We offer thoughtfully managed short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals, designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a true Atlanta experience. We also work with property owners to provide property management and project management services, helping maximize their investment while taking the stress out of managing the details.

Where can I begin? There are so many great things to say and not enough room to share it all. An excellent host. Place is spotless, smells good, and has so many wonderful touches from the host. They think of everything and I truly appreciated my stay. I slept well and was so comfortable. They went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated her kindness and also her flair for decor and her hospitality. Great recommendations and tips for getting around and sight seeing.
